We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Audiologist to join our clinic-based team on a full-time basis. Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Current active Washington state license (or IMLC) in Audiology
- Successful completion of a master’s or doctorate level program with clinical practicum experience
- Certification of Clinic Competency in Audiology (for master's degrees) or AuD from a board-approved institution
- Proficiency in performing pure tone air and bone conduction testing, speech audiometry, and impedance audiometry
- Ability to interpret test results accurately and communicate findings clearly to patients and physicians
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- BLS certification current and maintained
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with advanced hearing aid technology and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) degree preferred
- Prior experience in a clinical audiology setting is highly desirable
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on audiology practice is preferred
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when necessary
- Compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and continuing education requirements
- Passion for delivering excellent patient care and promoting hearing health
