Job Summary
Position: Otolaryngology - Ear, Nose & Throat
Duration: 91 days
Start Date: 03/02/2026
End Date: 06/01/2026
Care Setting: Mix of clinic and inpatient care
Shifts: One week per month, Sunday through Saturday
Shift Details: 8-hour clinic weekdays, 24-hour call on weekends
Key Requirements
Licensure: Active Illinois medical license
Board Certified in Otolaryngology
Certifications: Active DEA
Experience: Comfortable with clinic and call responsibilities
Vaccination: Required
