Otolaryngology Opportunity in California's Central Valley
Join a growing medical group in California's Central Valley and establish yourself as the region's primary ENT specialist. With no local competition and patients currently being referred outside the community, this opportunity offers an immediate patient base and rapid practice growth from day one.
Practice Overview:
- Focus on general, bread-and-butter ENT cases
- Established demand with immediate patient volume available
- Average 15-20 patients per day with minimal pediatric cases (less than 2%)
- Flexible schedule with 3-5 clinic days and 2 dedicated OR days weekly
- Dedicated front and back office staff plus a referral coordinator supporting workflow efficiency
- Practice based in one primary office with surgical coverage at two local hospitals
Compensation & Benefits:
- Two-year income guarantee, transitioning to a productivity-based compensation model with strong earning potential
- $20,000 signing bonus
