Join a thriving group in California's Central Valley and become the go-to ENT for the region. Because there is no local competition, we are currently referring patients out of the community-meaning you will have an instant, full patient base and a rapid ramp-up from day one.
The Practice:
- Focus: General "Bread & Butter" ENT.
- Volume: 15-20 patients per day; minimal pediatrics (<2%).
- Schedule: 3-5 clinic days; 2 dedicated OR days per week.
- Support: Dedicated Front/Back Office and a Referral Coordinator.
- Facilities: One office and coverage at two local hospitals.
The Compensation & Benefits:
- Financials: 2-year Income Guarantee, transitioning to high-earning Productivity.
- Bonus: $20,000 Sign-on Bonus.
