- Work Dates Needed: July 1st-ongoing (can be a sooner start date if already licensed in NM)
- Preferred Schedule: M-F clinic 8a-5p Looking for someone to do 2-3 weeks per month
- Worksite Setting: Clinic, no Call, 1 surgery day dedicated week
- Scope of Work: Bread and Butter ENT
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must be NM licensed or willing to get one. Must be BC. DEA and Controlled Substances
- EMR: Athena / Cerner
