A full-time Locum-to-Perm ENT opportunity is available for an experienced Otolaryngologist seeking a busy, well-supported practice with both inpatient and clinic coverage.

🔹 Position Highlights

🗓️ Schedule: Monday–Friday
⏰ Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
🧑‍⚕️ FTE: 1.0 (36 patient contact hours/week)
🏥 Coverage: Inpatient + Outpatient Clinic
📞 Call: Included in call rotation
🔁 Model: Locum to Permanent

🧠 Clinical Scope

Full-spectrum ENT services
High-volume outpatient clinic
Inpatient consults & hospital coverage
OR time available based on scheduling
Teaching opportunities included

🏥 Practice Environment

👨‍⚕️ Physician-to-Nurse Ratio: 1:1
👥 Ancillary Staff: 1:1
🩺 Daily Volume: 30+ patients
⏱️ Appointment Length: 15 minutes
🛋️ Exam Rooms: 2–3 per provider
💻 EMR: Epic
🔬 Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy available onsite

✅ Requirements

Board Certified in Otolaryngology
Active Iowa license or IMLC (LOQ required)
Full-time availability
Prior ENT experience required
Clean malpractice & background
