• Full-time locum to perm opportunity
• Inpatient and outpatient ENT coverage
• Hospital coverage in Des Moines, clinic coverage in Clive
• High-volume ENT practice serving Central Iowa
• Teaching opportunity available
• EMR system: Epic
• Inpatient and outpatient ENT coverage
• Hospital coverage in Des Moines, clinic coverage in Clive
• High-volume ENT practice serving Central Iowa
• Teaching opportunity available

Job Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient clinic care
• Perform full-scope ENT procedures
• Participate in call schedule
• Coordinate and perform OR cases as available
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
• Active Iowa license or IMLC with LOQ
• Full-time availability required
• Prior ENT experience required
• Clean malpractice and background
Working Hours
• Clinic hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 36 patient contact hours per week
• On-call included in rotation
• Weekend coverage as needed
Skills
• Surgical and procedural expertise
• Inpatient and outpatient management
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
