Locum to Perm - Physician - Otolaryngology in Des Moines, IA

Join our dynamic team at a leading medical center in Des Moines, Iowa! We are currently seeking a dedicated FULL TIME Locum to Perm Otolaryngologist to fill a critical need in our facility. With a focus on providing exceptional healthcare services, our practice blends inpatient and clinic coverage in a collaborative environment. We offer a robust support system with a 1:1 physician to ancillary staff ratio, ensuring patient needs are met efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and clinic coverage.
• Manage patient care with an anticipated volume of 30+ patients daily.
• Perform all ENT services in a fast-paced clinic setting.
• Engage in teaching opportunities with medical staff.
• Participate in a call schedule as needed.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for patient care documentation.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and ancillary staff to deliver top-notch healthcare.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology - [REQUIRED]
• Active IA License or Active IMLC - [REQUIRED]
• Full-time availability - [REQUIRED]
• Experience in the field - [REQUIRED]
• Clean malpractice and background history - [REQUIRED]

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active Iowa Medical License or Compact License - [REQUIRED]
