Seeking a Board-Certified ENT for ongoing coverage 1 week per month (Sunday–Saturday)

Mix of clinic hours + call coverage

Weekdays

8 hours of clinic per day

Followed by night call
Weekends

24-hour call on Saturday & Sunday

No weekend clinic

Ongoing assignment
-
1 week per month

General ENT evaluations and in-office procedures
-
Inpatient consults as needed
-
Emergency & after-hours call
-
Collaboration with hospital staff and specialty teams
-
Active Illinois medical license
-
Active DEA
-
Ability to commit to consistent monthly availability

Comfortable with clinic + call

EMR: EPIC
