Coverage Needed
- Start Date: 03/02/2026
- End Date: Ongoing, one week per month
- Schedule: Weekday - 8 hours of clinic per day followed by night call coverage
- Weekend - 24-hour call coverage (Saturday & Sunday), no clinic on weekends
Clinical Details
- Trauma Level: Level I
- Call: General ENT evaluations and procedures in clinic, inpatient consults as needed, emergency and after-hours call coverage
- EMR: EPIC
Requirements
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Active Illinois medical license
- Active DEA
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- CSR License Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Comfortable with both clinic and call responsibilities
- Ability to provide consistent monthly availability
