Coverage Needed:
- ASAP - ongoing
- Schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday, 0730-1700
- Weekend/Call Requirements: as needed
Clinical Details:
- Procedure/OR Days: When there is open time, will work with the OR on scheduling cases
- Inpatient and Clinic Coverage
- Physician Nurse Ratio: 1:1
- Procedures Offered: All ENT services
- Exam Rooms per Provider: 2:3
- Medical Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy available
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 30 or more patients
- Appointment Length: 15 minutes
- Teaching Opportunity
- EMR: EPIC
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Active IA License or IMLC LOQ
- Full-time Availability
- Must be experienced
- Clean malpractice/background
