- Practice Type: Inpatient/Outpatient
- Licensure Requirement: Wisconsin Medical License or ability to get one
- Position: Long term need for Otolaryngology Physician in Wisconsin
- Hours: m,w, th in Clinic 8a-5p, OR on Tue and Friday and some on call
- Volume: 20+ a day in clinic
- Environment: Inpatient/outpatient
- Assignment- Ongoing locum need
