Seeks a board-certified Otolaryngologist to provide weekend 24-hour call coverage from Friday to Monday. The locum physician will support hospital and clinic needs, provide surgical and non-surgical ENT services, and supervise APPs during weekday hours. The position requires coverage across adult and pediatric populations, and trauma care including facial fracture and laceration management.
Provide 24-hour on-call ENT coverage including hospital consults, ER follow-ups, and surgical procedures.
• Perform endoscopic, tracheotomy, and facial trauma procedures; thyroidectomy preferred but not required.
• Supervise APP/PA coverage for hospital consults and patient follow-ups (M-F 7a–3p).
• Work collaboratively with other ENT physicians and oral/plastic surgery teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Epic EMR across both hospital and clinic settings.
24-hour call shifts: Fridays 7:00 AM through Mondays 7:00 AM
• APP/PA supervision required during weekdays (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Proficiency in ENT surgical and diagnostic procedures
• Trauma care and facial reconstruction (fractures/lacerations only)
• Skilled in supervising mid-level providers during consults and ER follow-ups
• Experience with Epic EMR
• Ability to work under pressure in a Level I trauma and high-acuity environment
Requirements:
Board Certified in Otolaryngology
Active Colorado medical license or active IMLC LOQ
