Job description
A Colorado-based Level 1 Trauma facility is seeking urgent locum ENT call coverage beginning as early as December 15, 2025. This role is strictly 24-hour call coverage, supporting inpatient ENT needs in a high-acuity environment. This is an excellent short-term and ongoing opportunity for a Board-Certified ENT physician able to support a busy trauma setting.
Schedule & Coverage Requirements
Call Schedule:

24-hour call shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.)

Initial coverage dates:

December 15–17, 2025

Ongoing:
-
Up to two weekends per month pending approval
-
No rounding required.
Clinical Scope & Responsibilities
-
Standard Otolaryngology / ENT call
-
Inpatient-only coverage
-
Trauma Level 1 environment
-
No clinic responsibilities
-
No support staff during call
-
Anesthesia support available
EMR: Epic (training required prior to start)
Required Qualifications
-
Board Certified in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery
-
Active CO license or IMLC LOQ in hand at submission

Active BLS
-
Active CO DEA preferred (transfer considered, but must be retained for duration of assignment)
