Job Details :
Job Title: Locum Otolaryngology Physician
Location: Lakewood, CO
Shifts : 24 Hour On Call
Coverage : Dec 15-17 (a) and Potentially 2 weekends per month ongoing!
Pay Details :
Daily Rate : $2200/24 hour (include 4 hours gratis)
Call back : $300/hour (after 4 hours gratis)
Call back : $300/hour (after 4 hours gratis)

Job Responsibilities
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
Dec 15-17 (a)
Potentially 2 weekends per month ongoing, pending PAC approvals for the additional coverage.
Details:
24 hour call (7a-7a)
Setting: Inpatient, Call Trauma Level 1
Required Procedures/Job Duties: Standard ENT coverage.
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: None
Reason for Coverage: Provider resigned leaving gaps in call coverage.
