A leading healthcare organization in beautiful Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a growing, patient-centered ENT team. This is a full-time permanent role with a 4-day work week, strong clinical support, and access to a new state-of-the-art clinic space. Ideal for candidates interested in General ENT with optional emphasis in Otology or Laryngology.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive ENT care across outpatient, inpatient, and OR settings
• Perform surgical and nonsurgical ENT procedures
• Manage 20–25 patients per day
• Participate in 1:2 low-volume call, managed from home
• Build and grow a general ENT practice with specialty interests welcomed
• Collaborate with audiologists, APPs, and multi-specialty referral networks
• Document using EPIC EMR
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (Required)
• CO medical license or willingness to obtain (Required)
• Clean malpractice history (Required)
• Additional training in Otology or Laryngology (Preferred)
• DEA required prior to start
• Not accepting visa candidates, locums, 1099, or long-distance commuters (>1 hour)
• Must be able to start before Dec 2024 (Preferred)
Working Hours
• 4-day workweek
• 3 clinic days + 1 OR day
• Weekend coverage aligned with the call schedule (light call)
