A thriving, well-supported medical organization in Northwest Ohio is seeking a skilled Otolaryngologist to join a high-demand ENT practice. Job Responsibilities
• Provide full-spectrum ENT care to a large referral base
• See ~20–30 patients/day in clinic
• Perform surgeries across multiple OR locations with advanced robotic systems (da Vinci Xi)
• Collaborate with audiology, allergy, endocrinology, neurosurgery, and other specialties
• Work within a supportive team-based care model including APPs
• Take backup call only (APPs handle primary call)
• Participate in optional teaching and educational activities
• Contribute to a flexible, wellness-focused practice culture
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Otolaryngology (no exceptions)
• Active OH medical license or willingness to obtain
• Active DEA before start
• Clean malpractice and license history
• No visa sponsorship available
• Strong clinical experience and surgical competency
Working Hours
• 3 clinic days: approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 2 OR days per week
• Backup call only (APPs take primary call)
Skills
• Expertise in ENT surgical and clinical care
• Strong communication & teamwork
