An advanced, high-performing medical organization in coastal New Jersey is seeking an experienced ENT Division Director to lead a growing Otolaryngology program. This leadership role offers guaranteed OR time, access to cutting-edge surgical technology including Da Vinci Xi robotics, academic involvement, and the opportunity to shape a forward-thinking clinical division.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all clinical, academic, and administrative functions of the ENT division
• Provide high-quality ENT care with a focus on minimally invasive techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support complex surgical & cancer care
• Mentor surgeons, residents, and Advanced Practice Providers
• Develop research, teaching, and community engagement initiatives
• Enjoy guaranteed OR block time and strong patient volume
• Participate in a manageable 1:4 call schedule
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (within 5 years)
• Active NJ license or willingness to obtain
• Valid BLS, ACLS, DEA, CSR/CDS
• Experienced candidates only (not open to new graduates)
• Clean malpractice history & documentation required
• Compliance with COVID & Flu vaccination requirements
Working Hours
• Standard day schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Mix of clinic and guaranteed OR time
• Rotating 1:4 weekend call (24-hour)
Skills
• Strong leadership and team-building ability
• Advanced ENT surgical skills
• Experience with robotic surgery (Da Vinci Xi preferred)
