Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: December 15, 2025
- End Date: Ongoing, potentially 2 weekends per month
- Schedule: 24-hour call (7a-7a)
- Specific Dates: Dec 15-17 (a)
Clinical Details:
- Setting: Inpatient, Call Trauma Level 1
- Required Procedures/Job Duties: Standard ENT coverage
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: Anesthesia support available
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery
- Active CO license or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
- Active BLS
- Active CO DEA - Highly Preferred
- Site will consider a transferred DEA. However, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked)
- Availability for listed dates
- Local/drive-in candidates - Highly Preferred
- Clean malpractice/background record
