Otolaryngologist - ENT Physician
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 5 Days per Week
- 4 Weekdays (physician’s choice)
- Saturday or Sunday (physician’s choice)
- 9:00am to 5:00pm Daily
- No On-Call
- No Evenings
- No Holidays
COMPENSATION:
- $300,000 to $450,000 Starting Base Salary
- Annual Performance Bonus

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new otolaryngologist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing ENT patients. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans and support patients and their families through each phase of care.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- treat conditions of the ears, nose, and throat
- examine, evaluate, and perform tests to determine degree of hearing loss
- examine, evaluate, and perform tests to determine degree of speech loss
- examine, evaluate, and perform tests to determine degree of injuries to the larynx
- treat nosebleeds, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, infected mastoids, and sinusitis
- assist patients with a limited or altered sense of smell
- treat patients with tumors in the head or neck
- treat patients with defects in the ear, nose, or throat
- collaborate with other medical practitioners as needed
The new otolaryngologist will see a variable number of patients per day, depending upon the types of appointments scheduled.
The physician will be supported by dedicated clinical assistants in all settings.
The practice uses the MDLand EHR.
The physician will work with a majority Chinese-speaking patient population and must be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
REQUIREMENTS:
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Otolaryngology
- must speak Cantonese or Mandarin fluently
