🚨 Urgent Need – Coverage Begins as Early as Dec 15, 2025

💰 Pay Rates

✨ On-Call (24 hours): $2400/day
✨ Call-Back: $350/hour

🗓️ Coverage Dates Needed

📅 December 15–17 (AM)
📅 Then ongoing: ~2 weekends per month, pending approval

⏰ Shift: 24-Hour Call (7a–7a)

🔍 About the Assignment

The ENT team is urgently seeking locum support due to a recent provider resignation, leaving immediate gaps in call coverage. This is an exciting opportunity to support a Level I Trauma Center with standard ENT call responsibilities.

🏥 Role Highlights

🛏️ Setting: Inpatient, Level I Trauma
🩺 Duties: Standard ENT call coverage
💻 EMR: EPIC
🚫 Rounding: Not required
🤝 Support Staff: None
🧪 Additional: Full anesthesia support available

🧑‍⚕️ MANDATED Requirements

✔️ Board Certified in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery
✔️ Active CO license or IMLC LOQ in hand at submission
✔️ BLS required
✔️ CO DEA highly preferred (site will accept transferred DEA if maintained throughout assignment)
✔️ Must be available for all listed dates
✔️ Must state # of shifts per month available
✔️ Must complete required EPIC training modules
✔️ Must acknowledge preferred lodging requirement
✔️ Local / drive-in candidates strongly preferred
✔️ Clean malpractice & background required

🖥️ EMR Training Requirements

All providers must:
🔹 Complete pre-app + full app within 72 hours
🔹 Complete EPIC modules before virtual training
🔹 Complete virtual training at least 1 week before start
🔹 Provide: photo for badge, time zone, best phone number, personal email, EPIC experience details
