This is an excellent opportunity for skilled Otolaryngologists who thrive in acute care settings and are comfortable handling trauma and emergent ENT cases without rounding responsibilities.

Position Highlights

• Location: Lakewood, Colorado

• Start Date: As early as December 15, 2025

• Setting: Inpatient, Level I Trauma

• Schedule: 24-hour call (7a–7a)

• Support: Anesthesia support available; no rounding; no APP support

• EMR: Epic
  

Compensation

$2,200 per 24-hour call (includes 4 hours gratis)
Additional premium compensation:

• Holiday Call (24 hr includes 4 hours gratis): $3400 per 24-hour call

• Call Back: $320/hr (after gratis)

• Holiday Call Back: $430/hr (after gratis)

• Orientation: Paid

Current Availability Needs

• December 15–17 (AM)

• Ongoing: Approximately two weekends per month (pending PAC approval)

Clinical Expectations

• ENT call coverage only—no rounding

• Standard ENT trauma and emergency procedures

• Handle emergent consults, airway issues, bleeding, infections, and trauma

• Work independently without onsite ENT support

• Participate in required Epic EMR training (modules + virtual)

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified ENT / Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery

• Active CO license or IMLC

• Active BLS

• DEA
