Position Overview:
RecruitWell is partnering with a private ENT group in Lakeland, Florida, seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join their established practice. This position offers an excellent quality of life with a 100% outpatient schedule and no call or weekend responsibilities.
Position Details:

Outpatient-only ENT practice
No call or weekend coverage required

Join a team with 1 ENT physician and 1 advanced practitioner
Practice is aligned with an established primary care group providing a strong built-in referral base
