About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and patient-centered ENT / Otolaryngologist to join a growing outpatient practice in Klamath Falls, Oregon. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive ENT care with access to modern diagnostic tools, a supportive clinical team, and the option to perform surgical procedures based on provider preference. The position is primarily outpatient with minimal call requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Perform in-office and operating-room ENT procedures, including:
Endoscopies
Biopsies
Myringotomies
Tonsil/adenoid procedures
Sinus surgeries (dependent on provider scope)
Collaborate with primary care providers and specialty teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, procedures, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to practice development.
Minimal call responsibilities with limited inpatient involvement unless preferred by the provider.
Qualifications
Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT).
Active Oregon medical license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong clinical and procedural skills in general ENT; subspecialty interests welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
