This role offers a mix of outpatient clinic visits, surgical cases, and inpatient consults. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality ENT care to a diverse community population.
Job Responsibilities
Perform ENT surgical procedures as appropriate
Provide outpatient care and conduct comprehensive evaluations
Manage chronic ENT disorders and acute conditions
Offer inpatient consults and collaborate with hospital teams
Interpret imaging and diagnostic tests
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Active or eligible Oregon medical license
Strong surgical and clinical ENT experience
Excellent interpersonal and diagnostic skills
Working Hours
Combination of clinic hours, surgical block time, and inpatient consults
Shared call rotation
Skills
Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
Proficiency with ENT-specific tools and technologies
EMR proficiency
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
