- Service Setting: Outpatient
- Coverage Type: Clinical Only
- Schedule: MF, 8am 5pm - 3 Clinic days, 1 Surgery day, 1 Admin Day PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
- Patient Demographics: All ages
- Average Daily Volume / Census: 2030
- Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes, as appropriate
- Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General ENT, sinus surgery, hearing, head and neck conditions FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
- Beds in Department/Unit: Part of comprehensive surgical services department
- Trauma Designation: Level III trauma center
- EMR System: Paragon Allscripts
- Specialty Backup: Full specialty and surgical support within hospital system
- Support Staff: 1 FT ENT, 1 PT ENT, weekend ENT call coverage, 1 FT NP, 2 RN, 4 LPN, 1 PRN PA (surgical assist)
- Leadership & Reporting Structure: Reports to Medical Director, Surgery Department

- Board Status: BC/BE
- State License Required: Active NE license or eligibility to obtain
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA
- Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced providers
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive ENT care including evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical treatment
- Manage patient consultations and follow-up visits in clinic
- Perform ENT surgeries with use of TruDi Sinus Navigation and Olympus Endoscopy Tower
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR COMMUNITY & LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS
