A healthcare organization in Grand Forks, North Dakota is seeking a Locum Tenens Otorhinolaryngologist (ENT) to provide ongoing coverage from March through September. This assignment offers consistent monthly scheduling blocks, strong clinical support, minimal call burden, and no major facial trauma responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable seeing both adult and pediatric patients in a busy clinic setting and is available for 7–14 days per month.

Job Responsibilities
Serve as on-call provider for hospital consults during clinic hours.
Cover 24-hour weekend call (Saturday & Sunday), including 4 hours gratis.
Manage general ENT cases; no significant facial trauma required.
See approximately 16 patients per clinic day.
Perform scheduled surgical cases in the OR as assigned.
Respond to patient calls and callbacks (minimal volume).
Work collaboratively with RN, LPNs, registration specialists, and audiologists.
Document all care in Epic EMR.
Qualifications
Must be able to treat both adult and pediatric patients.
No pending malpractice cases or adverse background.
Must hold IMLC eligibility or active licensure (non-IMLC licensure candidates cannot be presented).
Comfortable with general ENT; no major trauma experience required.
Working Hours
March 9–16
April 13–20 or April 27–May 4
May: Any 7 days (must include a full weekend)
June: Any 7 days (must include a full weekend)
July: Any 7 days (must include a full weekend)
August: Any 7 days (must include a full weekend)
September: Any 7 days (must include a full weekend)
Monthly Schedule:
7–14 days per month, March through September (some holidays included).
Clinic:
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM + night pager call.
Weekends:
24-hour call (Saturday & Sunday), including 4 hours gratis.
Skills
Ability to manage clinic and call duties efficiently
Strong communication and collaboration with clinical support staff
Familiarity with Epic EMR
Comfort with low-volume call and consult situations
