Locums | ENT | Inpatient + Outpatient – Clinic + Call | Marshfield, WI (any state license) Why This Role

  • Long-term ENT opportunity combining clinic, OR, and call coverage
  • Manageable 7–10 days per month schedule with a mix of adult and pediatric cases
  • Join a collaborative care team within a Level 2 trauma hospital
Assignment Details Start Date: 12/23/2025 End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Schedule: Clinic 8a–5p, 7–10 days per month with 1:4 call rotation Practice Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient Patients per Day: 14–16 Call Type: Beeper, 15-minute response time Trauma Level: 2 EMR: Cerner Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology BLS Any state license Clean history Clinical Details Scope: General Otolaryngology covering clinic, OR, and trauma call Patient Population: Adults and pediatrics Procedures: - General ENT surgical cases - Endoscopic sinus and septal procedures - Laryngoscopy and tracheotomy - Thyroidectomy - Facial and reconstructive procedures (preferred) - Complex head and neck cases (preferred) Support Staff: - RNs: 0 - MAs: 3 - APPs: 3 - Office Staff: 5 Additional: - Provider will supervise APPs - Mix of clinic, OR, and trauma call responsibilities Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
