ENT needed for an ambulatory multispecialty group in Northern New Jersey. Employed position with competitive compensation plan and benefits (health, dental, vision, disability), retirement plan, expenses for license/dues/CME, generous PTO plan, paid medical malpractice including tail coverage!

Job Description:


Compensation : $325000 - $350000 Job ID : 26711

Job Function:

  • Ambulatory multi-specialty group, 100% outpatient MSG with great referral base.
  • Easy to be busy right away, large primary care referral group.
  • Private group and hospital partners looking to keep ENT in-house vs. referring to community providers.
  • Good mix of office work at OR/Surgi-Center time.
  • Everyone holds at least 2 office locations.
  • Standard business hours, 1 later evening per week is standard.
  • Physician-owned and managed practice.
  • Strong hospital-affiliate for referrals.

Job Requirements:

  • NJ State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required.
  • Residency training in ENT/Otolaryngology.
  • New Graduate Physicians Graduating in next 12 months are encouraged to apply.
