- Guaranteed first-year salary up to $365,000

All necessary ancillary and imaging equipment available onsite
Physician co-led administration allowing focus on patient care
Academic collaborations with leading university ENT departments across North Carolina
Fully staffed offices with two ENT-trained PAs and multiple medical assistants to optimize workflow
Three office locations (Hickory, Morganton, Lincolnton) serving a growing patient base of 375,000 in the Unifour region

Requirements
Board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologists
