Otolaryngologist Opportunity – Hickory, NC Seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist to support our expansion into a new market. This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving, physician-led private practice with a strong reputation and robust patient volume from day one. Benefits Details

  • Guaranteed first-year salary up to $365,000
  • $35,000 signing bonus

Position Details All necessary ancillary and imaging equipment available onsite Physician co-led administration allowing focus on patient care Academic collaborations with leading university ENT departments across North Carolina Fully staffed offices with two ENT-trained PAs and multiple medical assistants to optimize workflow Three office locations (Hickory, Morganton, Lincolnton) serving a growing patient base of 375,000 in the Unifour region Access to regional hospitals (Frye Regional Medical Center, Catawba Valley Medical Center) Ownership opportunities in Viewmont Surgery Center, a multi-specialty surgical facility nearby Fully integrated EMR with physician-customized templates for efficient documentation Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologists Highly motivated, confident, and ready to grow with a thriving private practice Community Details For nearly 45 years, we have provided comprehensive pediatric and adult ENT care.
