Position Overview
Start Date: February 9, 2026
Location: Johnson City, Tennessee
Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
Trauma Level: Adult I–IV
Setting: Operating Room support for the Neurosurgery Department
Reason for Need: Additional neurosurgical coverage support
Schedule and Coverage
Coverage Needed: One day per month (with potential to increase)
Call: None
Shift Details: Day coverage; exact start and end times TBD
Patient Volume: Approximately three to four cases per month
Patient Population: Adults

Procedural Scope
This role focuses on providing ENT support for neurosurgical cases.
Duties include:
- Endoscopic trans-sphenoidal access for pituitary cases
- Sinus surgery for CSF leaks
- Opening and closure for translabyrinthine craniotomy
- Assisting with anterior cervical spine approaches in patients with prior neck surgery, cancer, or radiation
