Join a busy, thriving practice of six ENTs based at a state-of-the-art "Top 100" hospital in North Dakota's largest metro.
• In the words of a current ENT: "We do University level cases here but at a much higher volume. We are extremely efficient with none of the bureaucratic headaches of academia."
• General ENT + Opportunity to Subspecialize: Incredible demand for Rhinology/Sinus and Sleep (including Inspire.) Endocrine surgery, Peds, or Laryngology interests also welcome.
• If you're looking for a flexible schedule, the department is also open to a block scheduling model (14 workdays/month)
• Robust clinical & administrative support - each ENT works w/ at least 1 dedicated NP/PA & 2 dedicated nurses
• Extremely competitive $700K starting base salary + additional lucrative wRVU bonuses = unprecedented overall earning potential
• $150K signing bonus
