Care Setting: Both Inpatient and Outpatient
Shift Details: Friday to Sunday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Number of Beds: 209
Key Requirements
Licensure: Active state license required
Board Certified: Yes
Certifications: BLS required
Experience: 50 case logs within the past 24 months
Specialty Skills: General Otolaryngology, Surgical, Endoscopic procedures
Credentialing Timeline: 120-180 days
