A respected private ENT practice seeks a motivated physician to join the team and replace a departing provider. The practice offers exceptional facilities, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work at the top of your license while enjoying competitive compensation and a balanced schedule.
Position Highlights
• Join one of Minneapolis' premier ENT groups
• Shape your practice to match your clinical interests
• Modern, well-equipped clinic with in-office CT
• Perform a wide range of in-office procedures, including Balloon Sinuplasty, ClariFix, Hummingbird TTS, and Biopsies
• Weekday schedule with reasonable call, supporting strong work/life balance
Compensation
• Base Salary range: $400,000-$600,000
• $400,000 guaranteed base for the first two years plus production bonus
• Partnership after year two, with immediate opportunity to buy into the surgery center
• Earning potential up to $750,000
• $50,000 recruitment incentives including signing bonus, residency stipend, and relocation support
• Plentiful PTO, abundant CME allowance, and paid holidays
