Job description

Job description

Join a community hospital in SW Chicago eager to establish a full-time, permanent ENT practice. This is a rare opportunity to shape and build a comprehensive program from the ground up — with strong hospital support and the autonomy to influence equipment purchases, clinic structure, and service offerings.

About the Opportunity:
Currently, ENT services are provided part-time by a university-affiliated physician. The hospital now seeks a full-time Otolaryngologist to meet growing patient demand and expand access to ENT care in the region. You’ll have an opportunity to practice a broad range of cases and tailor the scope to your interests.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends required
  • Call: Negotiable
  • Cases: General ENT, tracheostomies, thyroids, parathyroids, and related procedures
  • Facilities: Well-equipped hospital with ENT instrumentation in place; additional equipment available based on your input and needs
  • Patient Volume: To be determined based on your practice design and hospital growth

Candidate Profile:

  • BC/BE in Otolaryngology
  • 2026 graduates, welcome to apply
  • J-1 visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $330,000–$420,000 (negotiable based on experience)
  • Competitive benefits package, relocation assistance, and potential for a sign-on bonus
  • Exclusive opportunity to establish and lead ENT services within a supportive community setting

Why Join Us:
This is an ideal role for an ENT who wants to make an immediate and lasting impact — combining the stability of hospital employment with the excitement of program development. Enjoy autonomy, work-life balance, and a close-knit medical community committed to patient care.
