A leading multi-specialty health system in eastern Wisconsin is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join its growing practice serving the Manitowoc and Sheboygan communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, autonomous, and team-oriented physician to build a thriving, well-supported ENT practice with a balanced schedule and collaborative environment.

#### Position Highlights:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible start/finish times)
FTE: 1.0 (35 patient contact hours/week)
Practice Locations: Split 50/50 between Manitowoc and Sheboygan
Call: No greater than 1:3
Support Team:
- Dedicated clinical staff to assist with procedures and patient flow
- Two Audiologists supporting both ENT and audiology practices
- Collaborative care model with opportunity to add an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC)
Current Structure: Solo physician practice with significant growth potential
