### Key Responsibilities
Provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division in alignment with strategic goals
Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations of the ENT department
Deliver high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques
Lead innovation using 5 Da Vinci Xi robotic platforms
Collaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary cancer care
Mentor and manage a team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers
Develop and implement research and educational initiatives in partnership with Drexel University
Engage in community outreach to expand healthcare access and reduce disparities
Ensure robust surgical volume and guaranteed OR block time from day one
Participate in a shared call schedule (1:4), supported by APPs and hospitalists

### Requirements
Board Status: Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in ENT (Required)
License: Active NJ medical license or ability to obtain before start
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA, CSR/CDS (Required or willing to obtain before start)
Experience:
- Prior clinical experience beyond training required
- Not open to new graduates or recently completed fellowship candidates
Visa: Not open to visa candidates
Other: Not open to APPs, locum, or 1099 arrangements
Malpractice: Disclosure required (history accepted with limitations)
Vaccinations: Proof of COVID and Flu vaccination compliance required
