Work Environment

Coverage Model: You will be the solo ENT specialist on site.

Support: Supported by 2 Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs); no Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are in the group.

Patient Mix: Balanced mix of Senior (60%) and Younger (40%) patients, including low-level trauma cases (1%).

EMR: They use Epic.
Job Responsibilities
Workload: General Otolaryngology, handling both surgical (tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, PE tubes) and non-surgical (desensitization, hearing evaluations) cases.
Procedures: Surgical requirements include Laryngoscopy and Tracheostomy.
Qualifications
Licensure: Active Nebraska license or IMLC is required. We can look at strong candidates who require assistance with full licensing.
Experience: Must be proficient in managing both surgical and clinical general ENT cases.
