Division Director Otorhinolaryngology Opening in New Jersey Location: Egg Harbor Township, NJ - Atlantic City 9m Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Experience Level: Post-training clinical experience required A leading regional health system in southeastern New Jersey is seeking a visionary Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) to lead a growing team of surgical specialists as part of a bold transformation initiative focused on innovation, access, and excellence in care. This is a high-impact leadership role with a dynamic and well-supported division at the forefront of surgical advancements and collaborative clinical partnerships. * Provide clinical, academic, and strategic leadership for a growing ENT division * Oversee operations and growth in alignment with the system’s long-term strategic vision * Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on minimally invasive techniques * Collaborate with oncology teams for integrated, multidisciplinary cancer care * Access to five Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical systems * Lead a team of 4 board-certified ENT surgeons and 2 Advanced Practice Providers * Develop and support research, education, and innovation initiatives * Strong academic affiliations and teaching opportunities * Shared 1:4 call schedule, supported by APPs and hospitalist teams * Guaranteed OR block time and robust surgical volume from day one * Engage in outreach and workforce development to reduce healthcare disparities Candidate Requirements * Board Certified in Otolaryngology * Post-fellowship clinical experience * New Jersey medical license or willingness to obtain * DEA, BLS, ACLS, CSR/CDS certifications – Required or obtainable before start * Malpractice history disclosure and proof of COVID and flu vaccination – Required Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary with RVU-based incentives (guaranteed during ramp-up) * Division Director stipend in addition to base salary * Relocation assistance available * Generous CME allowance, NJ sick leave, and Paid Time Off * Comprehensive benefits package including: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Short- and long-term disability * Life and AD&D insurance * Full malpractice insurance with tail coverage * Tuition reimbursement and continuing education support * Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) * Wellness programs and optional benefits (e.g., pet insurance) * 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans with employer contributions About the Location Live and work in a vibrant coastal community near Atlantic City with easy access to New York City, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C.
