Position Summary
The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician) to join a dedicated and collaborative specialty team in Shelton, CT.
This full-time, permanent opportunity offers a collegial practice environment with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care, surgical excellence, and work-life balance. Physicians will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders for patients of all ages.

Essential Position Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
Perform surgical and non-surgical interventions for ENT-related disorders.
Provide care for patients with sinus disease, hearing loss, allergies, voice disorders, and head & neck tumors.
Collaborate with audiologists, allergists, and primary care physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Participate in team meetings, peer reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
Educate patients on preventive measures and long-term ENT health management.
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
Experience: Previous clinical or surgical experience preferred, but new graduates and residents are welcome to apply.
