Availability
- Start: ASAP – Ongoing
- Clinic + OR schedule weekly
- Call included (beeper), 20-minute response time
- Urgent Call Dates:
- January 2, 7:00 a.m. ? January 5, 7:00 a.m.
- January 26, 7:00 a.m. ? January 29, 7:00 a.m.
- Active Wisconsin License OR IMLC – Required
- Board Certified – Required
- BLS – Required
- Fellowship training – Preferred
- Monday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday
- Friday
- Type: Beeper
- Response time required: 20 minutes
- Call Ratio: ~100
- Call assigned based on staffing gaps
- Provider may have call without clinic and vice versa
- 30+ bed hospital
- Admissions required
- Assigned patients
- EMR: Epic
- 20+ patients per clinic shift
- Must be able to perform all standard “bread-and-butter” ENT procedures
- Two audiologists in clinic
- Some ENT procedures can be performed in clinic
- Full-time clinic/OR coverage needed starting ASAP
