### Job Description
Seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (must be working toward board certification within 3 years)
Additional training in Otology or Laryngology preferred
Join a two-provider, patient-centered practice supported by two audiologists and one APP
Practice includes outpatient, inpatient, and clinic settings
Reason for opening: retirement
Schedule: 4-day work week (3 clinic days, 1 OR day)
Clinic call evenly split between two providers; low-volume, managed from home
No automatic ER call (facial trauma); optional participation available
Typical schedule: 1 call every couple of days; weekend call 1:2
See 20–25 patients per day in clinic (40 min for new patients, 20 min for follow-ups)
Level 3 Trauma facility
Integrated, multi-specialty health system with strong referral base
Brand new clinic space with procedure room, offices, and all necessary equipment
EPIC EMR utilized system-wide
Quick start preferred
Open to new graduates through 2025, expected to achieve board certification within 3 years
Not accepting candidates who have lapsed board certification
Not accepting visa, locum, 1099, or long-distance commuter candidates
Not open to alternate or part-time schedules

### Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $413,000–$459,000 annually

### Requirements
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years, working toward certification within 3 years) – Required
Active or eligible for Colorado medical license – Required
Clean malpractice history – Required
Additional training in Otology or Laryngology – Preferred
Available to start before December 2024 – Preferred
DEA (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
Must disclose visa status at name clear
