Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - Clinic 08:00-17:00 (12:00-13:00 lunch); Tuesday, Friday - Surgery Day
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Clinical Details:
- Provider must perform all "bread and butter" ENT procedures
- 1-3 calls per month (10 days per month)
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: 2 audiologists in the clinic
- Patient Encounters Per Shift: 20+
- Average Phone Consults: 0-5
- Average Patients Seen: 0-2
- Call Response Time Required: 20 minutes
- Hands On Percentage: 100
- Admissions: 0-2
Requirements:
- Board Certification Required
- Fellowship Preferred
- Hospital Privileges Required
- Temporary Privileges Available
- Licensed in WI or IMLC
- Credentialing 60-90 days or ACT 10
