• Shift: Night (12 Hours) | 7:00pm – 7:00am (internal system listing; not reflective of actual practice schedule)

Practice Description

Well-established 5-physician practice seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Otolaryngologist to join the team.

The incoming physician will:

• Provide comprehensive ENT care across a wide spectrum of conditions

• Perform surgeries and share in practice call

• Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented group of physicians

• Have access to specialized equipment, including:

  • Audio, VNG

  • CO2 Laser

  • Allergy services

  • In-office Sinuplasty

  • Video/strobe laryngoscopy

Position Details & Compensation

• Workweek: 4 days

• Base Salary: $450,000+ (increases with experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000

• Housing Stipend: Provided

• Additional Incentives:

• Call: 1:7 call rotation (compensation for extra call)

• Malpractice: $2M / $6M occurrence coverage

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certification/Eligibility: Required (Otolaryngology)

• Skills: General ENT with surgical and non-surgical expertise; must be a strong communicator and team player
