Shift(s) Description:

• Standard day shifts with dedicated guaranteed OR time and clinic responsibilities (approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Weekend Requirements: Rotating weekends based on 1:4 call schedule (24-hour weekend call coverage)
• On Call Requirements: Manageable 1:4 call schedule supported by hospitalists and Advanced Practice Providers (24-hour call)

Job Description:

The Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology will:

• Provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division in alignment with Vision 2030 strategic goals
• Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department
• Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques
• Collaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary cancer care with The Cleveland Clinic
• Drive innovation in clinical practices and surgical techniques using 5 Da Vinci Xi robotic platforms
• Lead and mentor a team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers
• Develop and implement research and educational initiatives in partnership with Drexel University
• Engage in community outreach to expand healthcare access and reduce disparities
• Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team with a commitment to workforce development
• Enjoy robust surgical volume and guaranteed OR block time from day one
• Participate in a shared call schedule (1:4) supported by APPs and hospitalist team
