Job Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division in alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department.
• Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques.
• Collaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary cancer care.
• Drive innovation in clinical practices and surgical techniques using advanced robotic platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of board-certified surgeons and advanced practice providers.
• Develop and implement research and educational initiatives in partnership with academic institutions.
• Engage in community outreach to expand healthcare access.
• Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team.
• Participate in a manageable shared call schedule supported by a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Prior clinical experience beyond training is expected.
• Not open to new graduates or candidates requiring visa sponsorship.
• Must have experience in leadership roles within a medical practice.

License and Certification Requirements

• Active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid BLS certification.
• Valid ACLS certification.
• DEA and CSR/CDS certifications.
• Malpractice history disclosure and documentation.
