Job description
New Jersey’s largest health system, is seeking an experienced and visionary Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) to lead its expanding team. This role is part of AtlantiCare’s Vision 2030 transformation strategy, designed to advance innovation, academic excellence, and compassionate care through partnerships with Drexel University and The Cleveland Clinic.
Role Overview:

Lead, grow, and inspire a division of 4 board-certified surgeons & 2 APPs

Shape the future of ENT services with dedicated OR block time and robust surgical volume

Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department

Deliver advanced patient-centered care, including minimally invasive & robotic procedures (5 Da Vinci Xi platforms)

Drive cancer care collaboration across specialties, including partnerships with The Cleveland Clinic

Mentor, recruit, and develop faculty, residents, and support staff

Advance research and education initiatives in partnership with Drexel University

Shared call rotation: 1:4 schedule, supported by APPs and hospitalist team
Job Responsibilities
Qualifications
Active NJ license (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
BLS, ACLS, DEA, CSR/CDS certifications required prior to start
Minimum: Prior post-training experience required
Not open to: new grads, APPs, locums/1099, or visa sponsorship
Working Hours
Rotating weekend call (1:4, 24-hour coverage)
