Job description
ENT/Allergy Physician – Full-Time Opportunity
Join a busy ENT/allergy practice alongside two other providers and two full-time allergy nurses, with significant room for allergy growth. Enjoy professional autonomy practicing general ENT with state-of-the-art office equipment, including microscopes, videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes, and in-office audiology. In-office procedures are available if desired.
Professional Details:
- Dedicated weekly OR time with TruDi navigation and state-of-the-art operating equipment
- Additional operating rooms under construction in the next 2–3 years
- Average 20 patients/day (more if desired) with medical scribes available
- 4-day work week
- Full-time, permanent position
- Epic EMR
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive total compensation (600k+)
- Quality incentives up to $100k
- RVU bonus based on annual threshold
- $50k commencement bonus
- $8,000 annual allowance for CME, licensing, dues, subscriptions
