Practice Setting: Hospital-based.
Location: Toledo, OH
Dates of Coverage: Starting October 10, 2025
Pay rate:
In-house Call: $1700/day
Call-Back: $350/hr

Shift(s) Description:
- On site presence during daytime hours (consults and emergency room call) off site call for nights, but could get called back in.
- Call Ratio: Everyday needs to be covered.
- Trauma Level/Designation: Level I Trauma
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
- Number of Exam Rooms: NA
- Number of Otolaryngologists in Practice: None
- Description of Support Staff: None
- Patient Age Demographic: Eighteen and older only
- What Percentage of Practice is Trauma, Hospital Based, Clinic Based, Surgical, Non-Surgical: All hospital based.
- Surgical Procedures Required: Tracheotomy
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be board certified within 3 years after finishing) - REQUIRED
- Active DEA - REQUIRED
- Active OH license (willing to accept needing to obtain state license) - REQUIRED
- BLS and ACLS - REQUIRED
