A top-tier medical center in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist for a Locum to Perm position. This is an exciting chance to start as a locum and transition into a permanent role with a strong, established team.
Job Responsibilities
Work a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, ~36 hours/week)
Participate in hospital call schedule
Perform all ENT services within the practice
Contribute to teaching opportunities (if interested)
Work with full support staff (1:1 physician-nurse ratio, ancillary staff included)
Qualifications
Active Iowa License or IMLC eligible – Required
Must be experienced and available full-time
Clean malpractice/background history
Working Hours
On-call: Included in call schedule
Patient volume: ~30+ daily
EMR: EPIC
Skills
Locum to Perm role (attestation required)
Strong referral network + outreach areas covered
