• Bread & butter ENT with minimal call
• Autonomy to create your ideal practice and help strengthen the service line
• Unbeatable leadership support with high employee satisfaction
• Manageable volumes and varied case mix with clinic and OR time
• Referrals from more than 30 Primary Care providers
• Work efficiently with EPIC EMR and a supportive team including Audiology
• Enjoy an excellent work / life balance with 4 days per week.
Compensation:
• $550K with productivity incentives - potential well over $600K
• $100K signing bonus
• Loan forgiveness
• Relocation package
• 4 weeks PTO
• 2 weeks CME
